In order to qualify for the selection process of SITM the candidate is required to:

1st Phase:
Appear in Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP), which is scheduled on 18th December 2011. For more details, refer to the website

2nd Phase:
After the SNAP test result is declared, candidates who have applied for SITM will be short listed and called for Group exercise and Personal Interaction and , which will be held in Pune.

Note: It is mandatory for a student to apply for both SNAP and SITM to be shortlisted for SITM.

Weightage of Distribution of Marks :
SNAP Test : 50 %
Group Exercise : 25% (GD & Debate)
Personal Interaction : 25% ( PI & Written Communication)
