Through their talent and experience many of them are at the helm of their chosen fields of work. Today, these Telecom Business Leaders are spread throughout the globe, contributing as professional managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, and other specialists. Their excellence upholds SITM's reputation among the organizations where they make their professional contributions.

The Alumni Committee makes an effort to establish a meaningful relationship between the Institute and its alumni. It stands in its mission of integrating SITM's Alumni, well placed in industry in India and abroad, into the affairs of the college. The underlying objective is to bring about a fruitful industry-academic cooperation that is the cornerstone of every business school's eminence. To this intent, the Committee has been organizung Alumni activities including an Annual Alumni Meet at Pune, Mini Alumni meets in various cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad as well as various get-togethers and seminars from time to time. The committee keeps the alumni informed about the happenings in the college. It invites the alumni for Guest Lectures to talk about the industry and their field of specialization, to give the students an exposure to the diverse aspects of various industries.
